Second Chance recognizes that the main problem with animal welfare is that there are too many unwanted animals born due to animals not being spayed/neutered. We are attempting to start a low-cost spay/neuter program in our area. However, until we can obtain grant funding to implement this program, we urge you to take advantage of a program that is currently being offered.

Paradise Garden is a wonderful facility in Woodhull, NY owned by a husband-wife team. This haven for cats is warm, inviting,  and nurturing. They have networked with Cornell University to provide this low-cost spay/neuter service to individuals.  Click the link below to fiind out more.
